The foundress of this Congregation is Blessed Anne Marie Javouhey.

May God be glorified! In all things and everywhere May his Holy will be done! This was the consuming desire of this dynamic woman.

The story of her life, as we know it and as it is reflected in 1041 of her letters is the story of her use of God’s gifts, her correspondence with His grace. She used every ounce of effort, her whole life through to carry out the mission that she felt was entrusted to her by God.

St. Joseph's School is an English Medium, Catholic Institution established in 2007 by the Registered Society of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Cluny in the Arch-Diocese of Calcutta.

Although meant primarily for Catholic students, the school is open to all, irrespective of religion, caste or community.

Physical and Academic Excellence

Academic Environment is reflected in the excellent results of the Exams. Great care is taken through teaching, projects and tests at different levels, to academic perfection.

Co-curricular activities include Guiding, Bulbuls, Clubs such as Dramatics, Dancing, Singing, Band, Art & Craft, Karate, Literary, Nature, Quiz, Debate , Yoga, Computer Science, etc.
